In cooperation with Downtown New Jersey, S3X Associates, LLC provided the municipalities of Asbury Park, Bergenfield, East Hanover and Red Bank strategies for downtown revitalization.

The reports encompassed a complete analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the study areas, including: Business Recruitment, Maintenance, Parking, Entertainment, Streetscapes, Signage/façade designs, Way-finding system, and Security.

In conclusion, the reports provided an Action Plan for achieving short term, mid-term and long-term goals; and incorporating an Implementation Matrix with costs and funding sources.
